Myrobalan is a powerful Ayurvedic herb with ancient healing properties. Known for its cleansing, detoxifying, and grounding qualities, Myrobalan is also used as a natural dye in Ayurvastra for its rich, earthy tones.

Light Siyahi is a natural, organic blue dye derived from ancient plant-based techniques. With its soothing, celestial, and calming energy, Light Siyahi symbolizes clarity, intuition, and expansive thought , thus balancing the earthy determination of Capricorn.

Herbs : Yellow Myrobalan (Haritakī, Harad, Terminalia chebula) & Siyahi (a mix of fermented jaggery, palm jaggery and oxidized iron

Material : Natural 100% Organic Cotton

Grip : The natural latex coating on the base of the mat enhances its grip and supports you in practicing your asana’s with ease. This skid-free coating supports you in building your strength and alignment.

Yoga mat size : Width 27 inches, Length 76 inches, Thickness 5 mm.

Care Instructions : Jeeva Yoga Mats require a hand wash in a tub or in a basin once in a month if it is used daily.

Process :

Fill a tub or a basin with cold water.
Add one tablespoon of soap nut powder.
Make lather.
Wash with your hands.
Rinse off with a hose after hanging it in a suitable place to remove any extra soap nut.
Dry in shade.

Special care instructions :

Use only cold water to wash.
Wash with your hands only.
Do not dry in sunlight as that has a bleaching effect on natural dyes.
Do not wash with commercial detergents. Only use soap nut.
