Indigo is traditionally linked to clarity, intuition and truth. It gives the meditator the ability to express oneself without fear and share ideas. It promotes calmness, allowing one to clear blockages that might hinder self-expression.

The natural Indigo dye is used to create the meditation mat with organic cotton.

Process :

• Fill a tub or a basin with cold water.
• Add one tablespoon of soap nut powder.
• Make lather.
• Wash with your hands.
• Rinse off with a hose after hanging it in a suitable place to remove any extra soap nut.
• Dry in shade.

Special care instructions :

• Use only cold water to wash.
• Wash with your hands only.
• Do not dry in sunlight as that has a bleaching effect on natural dyes.
• Do not wash with commercial detergents. Only use soap nut.
