Our sappanwood with siyahi ayurvastra yoga mat is ideal for use during summer months. It is highly effective in protecting the skin from aging effects of UV rays, preventing and soothing skin irritations that arise due to high temperatures and Pitta imbalances.

Herb : Sappanwood (Raktaka, Caesalpina sappan) with Dark Siyahi (a mix of fermented jaggery, palm jaggery and oxidized iron)

Material : Natural 100% Organic Cotton

Grip : The natural latex coating on the base of the mat enhances its grip and supports you in practicing your asana’s with ease. This skid-free coating supports you in building your strength and alignment.

Care Instructions : Jeeva Yoga Mats require a hand wash in a tub or in a basin once in a month if it is used daily.

Process :

• Fill a tub or a basin with cold water.
• Add one tablespoon of soap nut powder.
• Make lather.
• Wash with your hands.
• Rinse off with a hose after hanging it in a suitable place to remove any extra soap nut.
• Dry in shade.

Special care instructions :

• Use only cold water to wash.
• Wash with your hands only.
• Do not dry in sunlight as that has a bleaching effect on natural dyes.
• Do not wash with commercial detergents. Only use soap nut.
